Exchange Process:
- Contact us through the contact form on our website, providing your name, email, mobile number, and a brief message explaining the reason for the exchange.
- Our team will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
- Securely pack the item and include a copy of the original invoice.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
- Once we receive the product, we will check it with our team to ensure it is in its original and unused condition.
- After the product check, we will proceed with your exchanged order promptly.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund:
Please note that refund is not provided. Upon receiving the item for exchange, we will inspect it and process the exchange within 7 business days. The exchanged item will be shipped to you promptly.
